Asian Carp fishing.
The noise of the motor agitates the carp and they leap out of the water. Many people have been injured by this invasive species, and the cost of controlling them just keeps rising.
Some channels and locks have put in electrical devises that charge the water to prevent the fish from moving up to the Great Lakes, but most think it's already a lost battle.
