Historical Photo: Puerto Rican Nationalist Oscar Collazo lying near the steps to the Blair-Lee House as a guard reholsters his revolver. Collazo was one of two men caught trying to assassinate President Truman on November 1, 1950. Collazo survived and in 1979 was freed from prison by President Carter.
