Phish has busted out an incredible mix of material since reuniting in 2009, including several songs that had not been played since the 1980s. But one song the band has not played since reuniting is “Walls of the Cave,” the Round Room composition Phish played regularly in 2003 and 2004. The song was one of only a handful of officially released album tracks still shelved at the start of the band’s 2010 tour.

The group finally played the song last night at Noblesville, IN Verizon Wireless Music Center. The song emerged during the band’s first set, which also featured special numbers like “Guelah Papyrus” and “The Ballad of Curtis Loew.” Phish’s second set was contained some adventurous moments, including a segue from “Halley’s Comet” into “Light,” “46 Days” and “Maze,” as well as a run from “Meatstick” into “The Mango Song,” “Fluffhead” and “Julius.”

“Eliza,” “Faht,” “All Things Reconsidered,” “Fikus,”” Magilla,” “Sahfty” and “Mock Song” are among the officially released studio songs the band has yet to revive
