Forget burning the Qur'an. Burn the Patriot Act

There is a lot of history to the Patriot Act. What would become the patriot act was written by people from a "Think Tank" known as the Project for a New American Century. They tried to get something like the Patriot Act instituted 10 years before it actually was and the people in congress thought they were "Nuts or Crazy". Then 10 years later many of those involved in authoring it were now in positions of influence in Washington and are what is often called a Neo-Conservative or Neo-Con for short. 9/11 happens and the Patriot act. which is over 500 pages, is presented to congress and only a couple hours given to vote for it. So, it was voted in without anyone being able to read and digest it.

It violates a large amount of your constitutional rights. It gives many powers to the government. A similar thing happened in Germany during the fall of the Wiemar Republic that preceded the rise of Nazi dictatorship (their 9/11 was the burning of the Reichstagg building).
