Rachel Maddow reports that Supreme Court justices Clarence Thomas and Antonin Scalia appeared at Koch brothers event for changing campaign finance laws, then never recused themselves from ruling on landmark 'Citizens United' case. How can anybody argue that this isn't a severe conflict of interest?
