The Runaways meet Rush

One of the more intriguing stories from the history of the Runaways is the time they opened for Rush. I've heard this story told by Joan Jett many times.
Apparently while the Runaways were on stage, Alex, Geddy and Neil decided to sit off to the side and watch the girls play. Shortly into the set the Canadian trio seemed to find the antics of the girls humorous and began to laugh. Joan noticed, and today as she remembers the event she says, "That kind of stuff pisses me off."
